Conservatives united to define the pre-candidates for the majority and proportional PL ticket in Camaragibe

Federal deputy Coronel Meira (PL), federal deputy Ivan Guedes (PL) and several political leaders from Camaragibe met on Friday (02 -Feb) to discuss the names of the likely pre-candidates of the majority and proportional ticket who will contest the municipal elections, in 2024, for the Liberal Party.

"We had already spoken with President Jair Bolsonaro about the need to assemble a strong, faithful and right-wing team in Camaragibe. We evaluated the local political scenario and together with our friends and leaders, it was decided that we will probably launch a pure-blood and truly conservative ticket; We have good names that represent what we defend, and therefore, as soon as possible, we will publicize the group's decision,” informed Meira.

"To this end, we will work to strengthen and grow the right in our region. Our objective is to seek the votes obtained by Jair Bolsonaro in 2022 so that we can win the election in our city. It is worth remembering that Bolsonaro obtained 39,415 votes (39.74%) in the first round and in the second round, he increased his vote to 43,186 votes (43.56%). In this way, it is essential that those chosen are people who defend the flags of the right and the interests of our beloved Camaragibe", concluded Meira.

The meeting was attended by Antônio Neto (businessman), Anderson Garotinho (political scientist), Jorginho (pre-candidate for councilor), Dr. Ana Karolynna (lawyer) , Júlia Guedes (businesswoman), Ivan Guedes (substitute federal deputy), Coronel Meira (Federal deputy), Valentim (projector) and Sael Lima (broadcaster).
